Customers pay, funds land in Stripe

Payments flow directly to your Stripe balance. Apollyx never holds the funds. Refund or dispute from your Stripe dashboard as usual.

FAQs

Does Apollyx take a fee on payments?

No platform fee on Stripe transactions for paid plans. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fee. Free plans may include a small Apollyx service fee — see pricing for current details.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. Apollyx uses Stripe Connect to route payments directly to your Stripe account. If you don't have one, Stripe will let you create it during the connection flow (takes a few minutes).

Can I charge in multiple currencies?

Yes. Apollyx supports all currencies Stripe supports. You pick the currency per payment block.

Can I issue refunds?

Yes, directly from your Stripe dashboard. The refund will show as completed in Apollyx as well.
