By accessing or using Apollyx's services, website, or any applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall be subject to these Terms.

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Services • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • Collect information about others without their consent • Impersonate any person or entity • Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing offending content and terminating accounts.

To protect platform stability and ensure a fair experience for all users, Apollyx enforces the following system-enforced usage limits on a per-page basis. These limits apply to all plans unless a custom arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Per-Page Usage Limits:

• AI Page Generations: 50 per page per day / 500 per page per month • AI Builder Chat Messages: 100 per page per day • AI Quick Patch Edits: 200 per page per day • AI Image Generations: 50 per page per day • Form Submissions: 1,000 per page per day / 10,000 per page per month • Storage (code + media): 50 MB per page • Public Page Requests: 10,000 per page per hour • AI Token Budget: 500,000 tokens per editing session

Enforcement: Exceeding these limits may result in automatic throttling, temporary suspension of the affected page, or degraded service for the specific resource. We may also suspend or terminate access to any page or account exhibiting abusive, abnormal, or excessive usage patterns that threaten platform stability.

Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to: automated or bot-driven form submissions, using pages for spam distribution or phishing, scraping or programmatically accessing the Services beyond normal use, and any activity that places disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

Appeals & Limit Increases: If you believe a limit was reached in error or you need higher limits for legitimate use, contact support@apollyx.com. Enterprise plans may negotiate custom limits. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action. However, we reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice if abuse poses an imminent threat to platform stability, security, or the experience of other users.

The Services and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Apollyx or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

Our Content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission. You also may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Pricing: All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

Free Plan: Every user receives 1 free live page forever with 100 submissions per month, 50MB storage, and 20 AI actions per month. No credit card is required. Free plan pages display the "Powered by Apollyx" badge and are not indexed by search engines. Custom scripts and custom domains are not available on the free plan.

Paid Plan: Users may subscribe at $3.99/month per page for unlimited submissions, storage, AI actions, custom domains, SEO tools, and custom script injection. All data is preserved if a user downgrades.

Usage Notifications: We may send usage notification emails when your free plan is approaching its monthly limits for submissions, storage, or AI actions.

Branding Removal: An optional $9.99/month subscription removes the Apollyx badge from all your pages. This is a separate subscription and can be cancelled independently.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpublishing a page reduces future billing but does not issue a partial refund for the current period.

Cancellation: You may unpublish pages or cancel subscriptions at any time. Access and features continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms • Request by law enforcement or government agencies • Extended periods of inactivity • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@apollyx.com.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Accuracy or reliability of any content

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that any errors will be corrected or that the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. No advice or information obtained from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Cost of substitute goods or services • Any damages arising from your use of the Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
